Design Phase

Our design team translates your vision into professional architectural drawings. You review at each milestone and provide feedback. We handle revision rounds within the agreed scope — no surprise charges for minor adjustments.

PHASE 03

Engineering Phase

2–6 weeks

Engineering runs concurrent with or immediately after design. Because our design and engineering teams are coordinated internally, there's no hand-off lag or coordination failure that costs you weeks. The PE stamp is for your specific jurisdiction.
